Meet Dr. Octain
Dr. Octain graduated medical school at 22 in 1991, among the youngest in his class. Voted America’s BEST Physician, he boasts 30+ years of private practice.
Dr. Octain specialize in anti-aging and skin wellness, he’s certified for Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapies, including Vampire Facelifts, O-shots, Priapus shots, and Vampire Breast Lifts.
Beyond the office, Dr. Octain is a committed teacher for local universities and serves the underserved in Northern Virginia’s health community.

Gia has been an aesthetic injector since 2017 and has received training from prominent industry figures.
As a certified aesthetic injector, she is dedicated to providing exceptional client care and delivering impressive results. Her expertise encompasses the skillful use of toxins, dermal fillers, and Sculptra to achieve the remarkable 8-point facial balancing.
Apart from her professional endeavors, Gia enjoys spending time with her family and her adorable dog, Luna.

Dr. Octain launched his Hair Restoration Center to provide revolutionary, non-invasive laser hair therapy, advanced placement of platelet rich plasma (PRP) and permanent transplantation surgery (FUE) for the purpose of promoting hair growth without leaving scars and minimizing heal time.
While pursuing his love for family medicine, Dr. Octain also explored his special interest in aesthetic medicine. He now offers his patients specialized care for anti-aging, skin health and wellness. Dr. Octain gained certification to offer several Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapies for his patients, including those for hair loss, the Vampire Facelift, O-shot, Priapus shot, and Vampire Breast Lifts.

As the Lead Aesthetic Injector at Mivaglo Aesthetics, Gia brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. With over 8 years of experience in the aesthetics industry, Gia has established herself as a sought-after expert in facial rejuvenation and non-surgical treatments. She has completed extensive training in the use of injectables, including Botox and dermal fillers, and is well-versed in the latest techniques and technologies. Her keen eye for detail, artistic approach, and commitment to patient safety have earned her a reputation as go-to injector in the region.
Gia received her degree in nursing from York University of Toronto and began her career as an Emergency Room nurse. Her passion for aesthetics led her to pursue additional training in injectables and other non-surgical treatments. She has since completed numerous advanced training courses. Gia stays up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the field. Her patients appreciate her compassionate approach, personalized care, and natural-looking results.

Her commitment to providing personalized and effective skincare solutions for her clients has earned her a reputation for being a highly skilled esthetician.
